Really? The last time I checked, women's apparel did not consist of a teenager wearing panties and gym socks with her legs spread open. This all relates to the "innocent but experienced" idea.

That is so wrong. This picture shows that young girls can be sex objects. Also, it can mean that young girls are ready for sex.
